Yep. Contains the mess, and you can even stack them if you want. These are some heavy duty boxes. Last for many seasons. It's almost as if they were made for the job.
Mostly, I use a big tough plastic storage bin that I put on a furniture dolly and bring it it. Holds a day or two's worth. Sometimes I just fill my 1000lb capacity wagon and bring that in. Having concrete floors has its advantages. The only problem is the rubber tires have a bit of scent to them.
Been using this canvas hauler for years. It used to have steel bars around the hemmed edges, but those are long gone. Still structurally sound. The suade tote and frame are a convenient place to set it in.

I found that a big rubbermaid tote worked great too, but it was too obtrusive. My stove is right in the middle of the main living area of the house, so I would always have to bring it back out on the porch after I used it. Canvas tote could go right with my welding gloves and be out of the way. Saves me having to go back outside when it's really cold.
We had one just like that for years and I don’t know what happened to it. I went looking for a replacement and it was way too much money. I like the nice heavy frame and the tote would be awful hard to wear out.
It was a gift from my mother in law one year. So I'm not sure where it was bought. Could've been LL Beane, which would not be inexpensive. But it's been a good one.
Wheel barrow. Two loads to fill out the hoop outside the back door , and three to fill up the garage vertical rack. It's enough for two weeks of heavy burning
I do the same. I load half a cord onto the enclosed porch, but getting it from the back of the porch to the front, through the door over to the stove is a PITA with an armload of wood.
We use the indoor rack for starting...a couple of trips to the stove from the garage is like 16 feet ... Not a big deal. Reloads are off the outside, which is well protected because we have huge overhangs.
I put about 3 cords in my wood room in my basement through the window and the rest i've been using a horse lead rope everything that will fall off comes off right away. Sent from my SM-G950W using Tapatalk
I like to keep as much dirt and crap contained as I can , The bags I use do a good job of that , the wood goes from the bags To this bin in the pic, Then the bags go outside and get shook out . My little buddy doing an Inspection when I first got it
