that was a steakhouse flavor marinaded filet i smoked it with apple......it was over the top!i actually left it in there til about 165° cause i was wantin the taters to finish up...taters were olive oil celery salt onion powder and garlic powder.
I like the KC Masterpiece Steakhouse marinade. Use it on grilled chicken all the time. The way it caramelizes on a hot charcoal grill does it for me!
