The long pieces are 36", the cross pieces are 8", and the uprights are 16". The next one I'll get some 15 series aluminum so I can tap the end for 5/16" so I don't need another piece of angle to attach to the bar. That is 45mm sized tubing and I got it real cheap. If you go with that stuff get the 1 bolt corner brackets or the outside brackets. I got the idea from sachsmo and he sent me the measurements on his. I'll probably make a bigger one if I get a 42" bar.

The mill works pretty good. I do need to locktite all the bolts in it. I had a couple rattle loose on me the other day.

So it works well, eh? May have to try and build one. I want to do some milling, but don't have the time to do as much as I would like. But, I would like to make a few benches for around the fire pit. My 460 should suffice For those few cuts.

    As for vibration. .
I just had the clip on my drum/rim fall off or break yesterday! On my new 441C-M! Hoping it was a fluke, because it only has about an hour of run time.

Get the one bolt corner brackets for that stuff if you decide to use it. The 2 bolt are too big for the inside. I'm going to change mine around some here in the next month or so. I need to grab a few more parts off ebay. The 460 should work as long as you're not going over maybe 24" wide. It gets slow with 90cc saws around that much wood.

I have $18 total invested in this entire set up including the ladder, minus the cost of the chainsaw of course.

I just assembled the granberg 56" mill this morning. No way I could build it as cheap as thy sell it plus the extra weight.

No just the HO oiler for the 46. It is using about equal fuel and oil now.

So this thread has gotten me a bug, Looks Like I will be picking one up to start making Timbers for some little projects around the property I have been wanting to do. I brew beer, and have been trying to decide how I wanted to build a trellis for growing Hops, and I think this would be great. The long term thought is to build a small Timber frame cabin in Northern Michigan. Something off grid and small, a place to get away.

Now to build or Buy? Probably Build, y'all are giving me great ideas.
