Turn the pin that's around the 125° mark, up to around 140°. This will allow it to run longer with hotter air temp when on a low setting (1 and 2). But your still not getting above level 1. Not based on the video I seen.

That flame isn't getting above the top of the pot. If you turn the Furnace on from a Cold Start, or "Initiate Pot Change" at the very bottom of the control settings, you will see what level 5 looms like. . Because during both of those functions, the furnace is at level 5 for about 20 minutes until it stabilizes. Level 4 is only slightly smaller than that large flame.

Here is my level 4. (Pic with and without flash. Last pic is looking to show you that the flame should either come close to hitting, or hit the top baffle plate).

Any possibility the control board is set to thermostat mode and the thermostat isn't working properly (or isn't connected?) If I set mine that way it will run on level 1 all the time.

A few seasons ago when I was running my 6041 I couldn't figure out why it wasn't putting out much heat. I'd hooked up the stat and forgot to switch the stat to the heat position. Whoops.

If I were you, I would buy a plane ticket and beg Dexter to come out and survey the situation... He would most likely come out and help!!

If you ask nicely and have some of that Jack left, he may pay his own way!! Obviously I am just goofy around, but I can assure you that your furnace will keep you warm soon!! Seems like you are getting closer everyday!

I just got off the phone with her. Nice gal and really wish I was closer. I feel helpless so far away. I gave her a few things to check and tomorrow I am gonna call back and see what we can do with a cold furnace (hard to check everything when HOT!)

Smoke Show- Hey buddy, what's a "Good" pellet up your way? I told her Uncle Jeds and Somersets because I thought ES carries them?? A good pellet at a good price

Wish they didn't do you so wrong. But you have a new furnace and they do heat large areas.

When set up and running proper.

I've never really bought at the box stores, but I'll tell you what I can. We'll start with what I can recall.

    From dealers-

    Bear Mountain- best
    Uncle Jeds- really good
    Isabella- good
    Heartland- good
    Pinnacle- good
    Rib Mountain- good
    Western Elite- good
    Northern Elite- not sure
    Lumber Jack- not sure
    Indeck- not sure
    Dejnos- not sure
    Badgerland- not sure

    From box stores-

    Marth hardwoods- ok
    Marth softwood- good
    Pennywise- ok
    Somersets- good
    Superior- ok

    From either-

    Vulcan- bad
    Wood Fibers- bad

I'm sure I'm forgetting some and of course this is my opinion about the pellets listed.

Here's an example of what's close by me- http://greenbay.craigslist.org/for/4325088357.html
My dealer is about the same distance away, but doesn't have any pricing on their site currently.

Oh and pricing is usually really stable around here, with the exception of Bear Mountains fetching $300+ all the time.

Came home from work and the furnace is off. Pellets are full though, this is what the screen says. Now what did I do wrong?

Either the furnace went into low fire and the POF got to cool or there is a jam in your auger.

I only got that once. I had my pilot burn (level 1) Set to low.

Did you have it on manual still?

    Proof Of Fire.

Hit Enter and reset the code and restart furnace

It shutdown over 5 hours ago (counts down from 5 hrs at any shutdown)

When you filled it this morning? Where you quick about it? The hopper lid switch shifts the auger off. I'm willing to bet that the lid was open for more than 30 seconds.

That would time out the auger as well. Or if you opened the door to the firebox.
