Just shot some groceries. Going to hang out for a while and see if any more decide to walk by.

Although not really all that cold here right now, the rain started pouring down at noon. Damp as He$$ and the temp is supposed to drop for the next few days, so..............fired up on shorts and uglies and the house is sitting at a very comfortable 72.:thumbs:

More firewood moved in. My son and I work at a good pace for about 3 hours. Then the clouds started coming in. So we took out three tarps and covered the rest of it. Secured them down and took care of a few things back at camp before calling it a day. Time to relax.

Just posted some pics and a short vid about the Travis Mills visit today. Pics can't do it justice... so many volunteer hours, donations, companies going all out to help, etc. The vid at the end introduces you to Travis' story and gives you an idea what the old run down place looked like when they started the re-build...

Visited the Travis Mills Foundation facility today... pics

This is my first Saturday off since Labor Day.
Hair cuts for me and one of the boys, changed the glass gasket on the stove. Beautiful day! Got a couple hours out back before heading to the JV soccer game under the lights.
    Going to the Pats tomorrow!!!
    Go Pats!

Nice, a good buddy of mine from our Vet's group volunteers up there frequently. I am fairly sure he was there also.

Foggy morning this morning. campinspecter will be heading out with his nephew to tackle a gnarly fir. I am going to take it easy at home. Foot seems to be healing fine. At least I can hobble around and don't need the wheel chair. I have booked off work for a week so I am going to enjoy the time at home.
