Until last year, I never used it.

Now? I love it!! Gonna buy an extra ignitor this year because my furnace is 6 years old and last year using fuel mizer, it probably ran the ignitor more times than the previous 5 years.

But I now see my upstairs Enerzone as a back up. In case something major happens to the Fahrenheit:)

I'm looking to buy parts myself but Fahrenheit says to use a dealer. Which dealer do you use?
My last dealer had terrible service. Waited forever for a gasket.

Guys, just an FYI. I have spoke with Mark over at Fahrenheit and I inquired about becoming a dealer for them. I will be selling the furnace as well as replacement parts.
I found it frustrating to work with my local(not really local but same state) dealers for parts and small orders, so since I hold a business license I emailed Mark. So far everything looks like a go ahead. I'll post an update after I talk to him Monday.

I go straight through Fahrenheit, but you have to get dealer clearance. The 2 dealers near me both quit selling.

Fahrenheit won't sell parts direct, 2 times they sent me to dealer.

    Well, maybe I'm lucky.

If you have dealers then you have to go through them. But everyone around us has quit selling them.

Ok after a long wait, everything is set. I am officially a Fahrenheit dealer and should be listed soon. As far as parts and a new furnace, I can order directly through them if you guys need anything:yes:

I think I found the actuator noise I heard last season, there was a lock washer sitting on top of this slit. The top arrow shows where I found the split lock washer sitting in grease.

Any ideas where there is a lock washer in the vacinity of the actuator L bracket?

I don't think there's a lock washer. Everything must remain loose for ease of operation.
Unless there is a long shafted bolt with a lock washer to make sure it stays together but remaining loose for operation, hope I make sense.

They will sell direct, but as Dex says, only if your local dealer OK's it, or in my case, if your local dealer is an idiot and won't order you parts. I've done two or three orders direct and Mark and the gang has been excellent to deal with. Bit costly for me as a Canadian to get the parts shipped up north of the boarder though.

I tinkered with the distribution motor, was able to turn it around some to have the oil ports on top. The three motor mounting studs prevented a completely turn to the top position :(
It's more of a 10 o'clock position, I white marked the oil port. Maybe it was upside down to prevent the dust bunnies entering, could be a engineer for thought?

Why can't you fully rotate it? Is it the length of wires? If so they can be extended.

I will be happy with 10 o'clock . At least the oil will still go down the hole. the

10 o'clock or 2 o'clock, better access at 10. I was unable to remove the squirrel cage from the motor shaft, seems to be frozen on me. If you can get yours unfrozen now it might be beneficial later, just a heads up.

Curious if a higher CFM would fit. I'd have to see what the motor numbers are and try to find a cross reference.

I actually was looking at a electrical motor book these past few days to see any exist. The search is always on so one of these days someone will find one.

Looks like the cage and wheel would remain the same and motor shaft diameter, but the motor itself looks like room for a larger one to mount.
Do you have the motor number?
