Day off, waiting for a dentist appointment. Broke a chip of a tooth down in Traverse City (blech) last week and need to get it taken care of.
Could be working on the garage. I did get a partition wall up for the workshop and started the wiring before I had to go back to work.

Actually she tries to get me to not push as hard and I learned a long time ago that whining gets you nowhere. Mostly she's watching what I do and how I move and trying to get muscles stretched out at this point. That's for another 10 weeks.

while we were camping in a very touristy campground, I spotted this near by in someone's drive way. there were other signs around selling firewood but I thought this was very inventive. I don't know what type of wood he was selling but it looked like he had a good inventory.

Felt a little funny taking pictures of someone else's wood but I knew there were people on here who would want pictures not words.

Lunchtime and I forgot my lunch, so I grabbed a calzone from down the road. Now it feels like naptime but work may frown upon that.

Around here it is sold anywhere from 3 sticks to 6 sticks for $5 so a wheelbarrow full for $10 is pretty good. Since you can't import raw wood into the state, and we have lots of campgrounds and we are a summertime tourist destination, the only way to have a fire is to buy the wood from locals. Usually it is on the honor system but apparently works out because the same people sell it out of their yard every year.

I also think that for the amount of wood in the wheelbarrow, it is a good price for campers.

Tooth was fractured. 3 injections, 1 x-ray, some of the "bondo for teeth" stuff and $91 later, I'm good to go!

We received some wind but not the 50 mph gust, it rained so hard that the gutters couldn't handle the rain.
