    im going to buy a ton these are what i can choose from.

    hamer hot ones
    geneva
    barefoot
    country boy
    turman

    the barefoots seem to have the best rating

    Barefoots have had problems latley not only for me but I remember a forum last year where others had issues also. I loved the turmans last year bought a ton this year

    CountryBoy and Turmans are the best pellet I've burned, but I've had good luck with all brands on your list.

    I don't know if you have this option , but whatever 2 that you don't choose get a few bags of each to see how they work in your stove then you'll know for the next time .

    thats the problem....i asked dealer if i could mix a ton,he said no,i was told i cant buy single bags until winter,they wont break up the tons in the early season

    that would be like me selling ONLY complete plow units in early season,no individual parts until the snow is up to your titso_O

    no biggie im sure i wouldnt get hurt buying a ton of any of the above,but im a pig and i get excited:drool: so i was hoping to get like 10 bags of this 10 bags of that,and 25 bags of that,and 15 bags of that.....and 32 bags of that and maybe 14 of dat....oh well they dont open til aug 2nd so ill call next week and see if i can buy bags:loco: :crazy:(maybe they changed their mind) before snowmageddon,not that i need them but the fun is in sampling

    ive read quite a bit on here today(thanks for the info)and seen the clinker issue with the barefoots last year....
    not really sure that would be a big deal in my world....or maybe it was a bad run? never can tell right? maybe the feedstock had more minerals in it?......just throwing it out there...

    You're more than welcome for the info , and yes it could be a bad batch as the BF's have been consistent in the past , I'll try them again .

    I got ahold of 4 bags of Hamers last year and really liked them. But then again I usually burn cr*p to middling stuff and haven't burned any of the others, so TIFWIW.
