Okay....Splain this disaster! Sprocket is mangled and I think the support bracket is also tweaked. Any ideas on what wasn't turning? Front sprocket moves freely and it appeared to be cleaning the burnpot.

Actually, what Smoke said is what I would try. Remove the bent sprocket and flatten back as close as possible to original, and do the same with that long "bracket" that looks bent in the 2nd pic. Hard to diagnose just from those pics.

X2. If nothing else, you wont screw up a new piece if the issue is elsewhere. Best case, you are up and running now-but even if this works I would get a new setup just in case

Looks like I thought. Sprocket slipped off the motor shaft. As it tried to pull the chain off it fubared the bracket and bent the sprocket. I too would do as smoke said(carefully hammer em straight).... Pricey parts to say the least.

My best guess, based on what I see in those pics, is that the chain tightening adjustment worked it's way loose, and the slack chain tried to jump off the sprocket. As it did, it put a good strain on that long bracket and bent that too.

EDIT: Jay beat me to it.....nice job bro.

Thanks...I will do my best to straighten it out. Not sure how to get it all lined up, but I will get my BFH out tomorrow and do my best to realign!
