Nice work s always. I will be switching over to the Platinums next Friday or so. I queued up 15 bags. That is how many I would need to burn before cleaning to beat Vermont's. Vermont's are normally 14 bags, sometimes I can go longer, not sure why. I also will have a feed rate and temp to compare to the minute man pellets I am burning now.
Pallet Pete approved it. I was taking a geezer nap! Thanks Pete! Nice review! Interesting color variation. Usually them BC softies are all Blondies,
Well the Upton plant does bag 3 different types(BC-DF and the SYP from Georgia). But I was told they don't mix them by the big guy! I know what the blonde ones are, Them others are ???

Here are the pics for your enjoyment. It's funny through the window they look all the same, light colored as you would expect. Then when I opened it up and stuck my hand in there and mixed it around they look more like slvrblkk pellets.
In case anyone is interested?? Thats like a bartender saying would anybody like a beer ? Good work as always, udaman! Ray
Big something, Just picture my back side sticking out of the stove when I got my head in there cleaning! Ewwwwww!! Your eye's will never be the same!
You both have the same pellets......which is why the results match....funny how that works The different color is simply a matter that one was run with some Fir in it. From time to time the mill will get some trucks of fir fiber in, but not enough to keep it separate, so it get mixed in with the SPF and you can see some different color. Also the mill just got a new dryer and has been testing different times, heat levels, etc so you could see some different color because of that....but its the same Okanagan Platinums....nothing got mixed up in the bagging process if that is what someone thinks.....that didn't happen.
