Yep. If you have 2 holes, you were delivered an old unit. If it's a single hole, it's a newer unit..

I wouldn't ask a question if it didn't lead to an answer. I was going to tell you once you answered the question. ;)

The last person on the forum who bought one, had an older unit delivered. She called Fahrenheit and told them that she paid $X,XXX dollars for a new stove, and was given a unto that was 3-4 years old (several upgrades done since then). Fahrenheit delivered a new stove to her location. She had hers hooked up for over a week and was experiencing problems as well. It wasn't burning properly, couldn't heat her home, etc..

You paid a lot of money for a new stove. I'd make sure I got a new one.

On the back of the stove is a serial #. It is on the metal tag. Can you tell me what the number of that is also?

    Thanks..

It will be a snug fit. I have the same brand and it goes on. But you have to twist it on.

She was going through a rough patch the last I heard. She will make it and be alright. I can see her logging in when it gets colder and is inside more.

Make sure Inner diameter of the the adapter, goes over the outer diameter. It should slip over the exhaust snout on the furnace.

Ok, it's a close fit. I'll try when I am ready. Some high temp sealant should do the trick. Gonna try to run the exhaust this weekend. I did notice the fresh air inlet is VERY close to the exhaust. There is also a damper installed with a lever?

I am placing an order through Home Depot for the supply and return duct work. I just realized in the manual it says 10" outlet, then return air supply should be 10% LARGER?

What size hole is on the cold air box that attaches to the furnace?

10" is the return side. I believe as long as your cold air return on your house is 10% larger, then you are o.k. Otherwise Fahrenheit should have made a 11"-12" hole on the Cold air return box.

And yes. The intake is very close and it's a tight fit to get the OAK flex vent attached properly and still have a functional intake damper (if installed to far on intake, the lever will not move and you can not adjust the air flow through the furnace for burn air).

That can't be fun going through a poured wall. I'd guess it's :drunk:time after doing that.
