I increased my inversion to 60 degrees , found and did ,some good exercises and stretches on the web for sore back and Sciatica. Feeling quite a bit better today, not great but better
Good, Once you. Have a handle on what is wrong, recover, then continue with back strengthening exercises you will better prepared for your hard physical punishment with your wood gathering. I know people warm up in certain exercises when they are going to compete in sports. (Edited, darn iPad and it's self correct!)
Thanks for asking Jack Well I'm getting there , feeling much much better, what I am doing is helping a lot, I admit when I had a problem before I just took it easy and waited it out and It took longer get to this point
