    It could have gone either way as it was a very hard fought game. With the politics involved, it must be hard to go back and play with your teammates after a series like that.

    Morning all. Overcast and grey this morning. What we used to call the pineapple express (now called atmospheric river) is hitting the coast this weekend. Have to make up for the three weeks of bright, sunny and dry weather we had.

    One of the hymns we will sing today is Take the Name of Jesus with you. I have great intentions every morning to do just that but as the day wears on and I get involved in a project or an activity, I don't always focus on Jesus as the main person in my life. I have to stop and think when I run across someone who is undesirable, angry and hurt and remind myself that Jesus loves that person and died for that person. To me, Taking the Name of Jesus with you is to show people the love of God for them even when conditions around you aren't ideal. Just my thoughts for today.

    We finally had a morning this week where the temps were above zero. Close to 30 today and then in the 40's most of next week. Spring is getting closer.:thumbs::thumbs:

    Morning. It appears i am up with the northeastern hoarders. A warmer weekend has made for some sloppy work, but much less wood consumption. Wife has been tending to her brother the past couple weeks. In hospital with pneumonia. Makws for a quiet household

    Visited with amateur cutter yesterday. It was good to see him and Lina again. I didn't realize it had been so long since I've been there. Of course I see him at our GTG. This year he is hosting so along with a visit we took some things for the GTG.

    Interesting drive as the roads were drifting all the way there and coming back, but it was spotty.

    Morning all. Woke up to mostly clear skies which was nice as we got so much rain yesterday.
    Went out for breakfast and now I am going to be doing bookkeeping and watching curling championship games today. Hopefully into the sewing room as well.

    Off today, so heading to church this morning, we're having a guest speaker so after services, our missions team is taking his family out for lunch. Mostly rest today, I might sort a few logs this evening...

    I woke up yesterday with the left side of my face swollen and a painful tooth. After conferring with my dentist, I went to the ER for antibiotics via IV. I also am taking oral antibiotics. I'll be heading to the dentist first thing this morning for a likely root canal. Fun times!!
