    After brining/then rub, I started a 12lb Pork "picnic" shoulder in the smoker at 6am this morning for dinner. :drool: Man, I can't wait for this! Gonna shred it for Pulled pork Samich's and a few frosty ones! :drunk:
    This is only the 3rd time I've used this Bronco and it's panning out to be well worth the $$$. I actually caught this on sale at Home Depot last year for :emptywallet: $299.00. They are now $399.00

    I prefer those picnic's over a butt. I think you get more pork flavor from them.

    I'm a brat guy. One of my favorite things to cook and eat. My wife and kids will eat them but they only want them every now and then so I don't get to have them as much as I'd like. I found some local made jalapeno/cheddar brats about a month ago that were fantastic.

    I did have a smoke over thanksgiving. Spatchcocked and smoked a turkey. Did a ham also but evidently didn't take pics of that. PXL_20241128_183618509.jpg
