Got some 17" stainless skewers,they are HD ,have an eyelet,and a sliding disc,10 pack very nice.the skewer racks are stainless and very HD also,doubt if I will ever use more than 5 at a time because of the large capacity...15" usable cooking length, I'm gonna use the racks in a bit,but I already have the meat on some different skewers.came with a nice pouch too,with a lanyard.
Just pulled these loins off the smoker. First time making back bacon. These have been curing for 22 days. Gonna let them rest in the fridge overnight and slice tomorrow.
