Nice....how long on those burnt ends

 

I’m a thermapen/charcoal guy. Baby backs get mopped at 185-195 until the glaze sets which is constantly at 4-4.5 hours to completion. I’m not cooking in a stick burner though, I don’t even look at them until they have been on 3.5 hours.
