For what ever reason, they are like trying to find Gold nuggets in a Cracker Jack box around here! o_O Nobody seems to have them and when you do see them, they're being used.

I was referring to the previous contents. Having been filled with motor oil, they just aren't that pleasant to deal with. I've had others there were used to transport ionized water or algaecide. Once rinsed, they look like new.

The worst part of mine was cleaning out the black mulch dye residue. Spent a full day with a Tyvek suit, goggles, a pressure washer and a stiff bristle brush.

All the bladders I don’t use I recycle, cut them so they lay flat and you can haul several.

I’ve hauled 16 on a 18’ trailer 2 different times. Last time I was coming out of Michigan in some lake affect snow with a lot of wind for about 50 miles. They caught a lot of wind and there’s no weight there. I didn’t wipe out but it was close. The things we do for firewood.

I got 4 free totes from a local farmer. The all had different chemicals in them. They were the nastiest bladders I’ve ever dealt with. I cut the bladders up and recycled but I won’t mess with them again.

WeldrDave hows the plastic pallet supply in your area? Little more than a cattle panel, a plastic pallet, and some rubber roofing will yield similar storage as an ibc tote cage. I can get cattle panels here for around $25 and 40” x 48” plastic pallets used for $10-20.

Man, the last one I bought a couple years back was $16...never mind me, still having trouble getting used to the current inflation rate!
