My wife agrees but cosmetic changes (tub works doesn’t leak) are secondary to windows that leak.

You can always use that tub and tile epoxy to "paint" it a more standard color. That stuff works great, but it's STINKY for a couple of days.

You had luck with that stuff? We tried that stuff on the aforementioned pink sink...didn't turn out very well at all.

I knew about that but it has to come out. Floor needs in bathroom needs replaced. In our humidity toilets sweat. New plywood will be marine grade or equivalent

Yep, works great. I used it to turn 60's yellow tile into white tile in the half bath. It turned out awesome. My friend uses it a lot ( GC) and has only had great experiences with it. He recommended me to use it, and we're stoked at the results.

We have a single mixing valve that feeds our 2 toilets. I open it up a bit each spring then close it in the fall. Just enough hot water to keep the tank warm enough to keep humidity from condensing.

We used that on the surround in the old bathroom I moved into. Yes, stinky. Does it look a lot better, Yes! So far so good but not in use too long yet, and it's not the tub which is already white, just the surround which had yellowed.

Well, I picked up the new fridge this morning. Not what I wanted, but they had them in stock. Plus I can use the extra ice maker that I had never installed in the old GE.

I’m getting pretty good at moving fridges in and out of the house.... I need to get a bigger front door... theyjust barely fits through the 30” door opening....

I'm amazed it fit thru the door at all. Both my houses had exterior doors that were 36" wide just for when I need to replace appliances (well, this house came with that sized doors - but I would have enlarged them if it hadn't).

Basically had to take off the doors and the bottom hinges for the top doors... Just to reassemble when you get it in the house. Now the LG the bottom drawer slide rail stuck out further so we had to take those two pieces off also to get it through the door.

Here is our contenter for the state ugly fridge contest. It is Hotpoint circa 1980 we got from my parents after a move. It lived for about 9 years out in a corner of my wood lean-to as a bait fridge. It works as well as the day we got it. I am rather attached to it, and it is now in our laundry room where it our beer fridge (I have a very good wife!).

We just got a new Amana 14 sq ft fridge freezer for our cabin now that we have power. It is really nice and replaces a Consul propane fridge/freezer.
