    If you can get one of these. The savings in bags will pay for the unit. After using it for fish I want to burn my Foodsaver. Totally different concept, you can easily seal soups and sauces. 1000 bags, $65.

    When Chaz smokes pork loin, he first covers them with sesame oil then puts his own rub on them. Yummy

    Something else I've been playing with...got this griddle for the weber kettle on Friday from Hunsaker smokers. Best $50 I've spent in a while! Brings me back to my flat top grill restaurant days

    Those Blackstones are awesome. I wouldn't mind having one myself but it'd be overkill for me and I feel like I have too many grills already.

    Grills are like chainsaws....
    There is no such thing as too many.

    I bought a Blackstone and like you are saying I probably didn't need it , it was on sale at the end of season and I just couldn't walk by it.
    Didn't " need " it but glad I bought it.

    It's been in storage for the winter but now all this talk , it's coming out tonight.
