    Just pulled this 10lb shoulder off after a 14hr smoke. Setting an alarm for 12:30 am always sucks but the finished product is worth it. Sorry no after pic yet. Wind was blowin about 40mph when pulled it off and quickly got it wrapped and in the cooler.

    Well I went to the butcher shop to get my Prime Rib for Saturday Night... and walked out with a Tri Tip also... I put some Butter Steak Seasoning from Costco on it...

    I found out a few things. I think I need to pat the wings really dry, if I'm going to put them in a bag with the seasoning and shake to coat. Really got to much on them, made them a bit salty and to hot for some folks.
    Most liked the Lemon Garlic the best, it can stand a heavier rub.
    The tequila lime is good, tiny bit of heat
    The Chicka licka boom boom is Cajun, so you know it had some heat.
    Guess I'll have to cook more New Year Day for the football games...
    Maybe pick a winner, winner ... Chick dinner

    Yes ma'am, we have been doing that for awhile, it's hard for Miz Carol to roll the smoker out. And it does smell good in there.

    Thanks! Wasnt my best but still tasty. I did everything like i normally do but the meat was a bit tough to pull. Still had great flavor :thumbs:


    Just plopped a couple venison summer sausages on the smoker. See ya in a few hrs! :beerbbq:
