    That’s cool that you know what that is! I saw some guy on YouTube doing it and thought it was pretty cool so I tried it on it the smoker. I’m happy with how it turned out.

    It is something i have enjoyed doing for a while. This week we have three lambs to process. I haven’t done lamb before. Also, I have never put any on the smoker. I’ll have too look into if there are any smoked lamb recipes!

    That did turn out good. I did a wood burning project like this when I was a boy scout.

    I've done it a few times myself for mud kitchens I have made for my wifes business.
