fresh mozz and the darker spots are some sliced gouda a little time in the cook chamber adds some smoke
I prolly shoulda cooked them at a little higher temp or seared them off at the end, cause the casings were tuff
First nice day here since May,got the pit goin with hickory and a chunk of fresh pork belly,beer in hand.
Reminds me of grandpa’s “wimpy burger” he used onion, pepper and bread crumbs. He passed long ago I’ll have to try to replicate it sometime.
