Maple glazed teriyaki salmon, Mussels, Asparagus and Sweet Potato fries for dinner. Turned out well and the girls all had seconds and thirds. Will have to do this one again

Delicious! I love mussels. How did you prepare the mussels?

We're working on finishing our homemade gravlox now.

This was one bag of frozen mussels. I started with half a stick of butter in the pan, 1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, some minced cilantro, a dash of onion powder. Melted everything and got it hot then added the mussels and one and a half cups of white whine and brought it to a boil letting it reduce to about half. Added a cup of cream and Parmesan cheese to thicken it and let it simmer. I actually had the sauce to hot when I added the cheese which made it clump a little bit but I was running back and forth between inside and the grills. Flavor was great though

Sounds good. I've had them pretty much like that several times. The best I've had than was in a hard cider broth, like this and they were really good. Penn Cove Mussels
