Advice for sore elbows?

I had a similar thought. I do think the enteric coating helps it get through the stomach before dissolving, so...

So folks, last Saturday I had a copper compression sleeve delivered and have had it on 24/7. My left elbow was pretty sore from the time I brought home that last load of oak. Only took it off for showers/baths. I would say the copper has zero effect to this point. It still isn't 100%. Moved the wood March 24th.

I was skeptical to be honest but I wanted compression sleeves and these fit the bill (I've since bought another one for my right side). The compression does fell good but the copper aspect, IMO, is a gimmick. If I had it to do over again, #1 I would have noodled the big rounds and #2, I would have bought something that restricts movement a little more.

This kind of tendonitis appears in my elbows pretty easily. I have to take it very easily and not try to lift/move anything too heavy with one hand - especially to not twist or maneuver it while I'm holding it. Easier said than done when moving / handling firewood.

Prednisone will wipe out tendonitis quickly but it's not good for you. I find it takes months for it to clear on its own. I have to baby it.

I can also aggravate my elbow by using a mouse and having my mousepad a little too high. Something I am recently reminded of using my work-from-home setup.
