One other thing to try is jumping Snap Disk #2 to try. Unplug stove first.

Snap disc #2 is also located on the right side of the stove, below snap disc #1. Two yellow wires are connected to it. This snap disc will bypass the thermostat and turn off the stove if an overheat condition occurs, or if the convection blower should fail to operate.

So, remove from #2 and jump the 2 yellow wires?

You can take the board out again and give it a couple good whacks and see if it un-sticks the relay.

On my stove there is sequence of buttons to push to wipe out and reset the board, wonder if your needs that because it's stuck on the no red light error?

The only thing you can do on them is unplug and plug back in...

Unfortunately, it "appears" to be the control box......unless there is a wire or something off somewhere.

I think you’re right. One thing we did notice is that the connection that the control board slides into, that blue seat is not secure. We’ll need to remove the back again to see what the deal is so will also check every connection when we do. Thanks much for all the help folks!
