I got my 3400 and a small Craftsman I bought off of Honey fuzz in today, as well as an Old Craftsman I got from AnotherSite.

The Poulan is obviously the 3400 and by the look of the big Craftsman, it is the same saw? The little Craftsman I don't know what the Poulan equivalent would be? Anyone out there have any idea? Paging Cut4fun, Carbine, Guido, etc..

Dont have a lot of time for projects right now, but look forward to cleaning up the big Craftsman and making it my new ATV saw. :) The others will likely get fixed and passed down the road or used as a loaner. The 3400 I may keep as well?

This my sudden infatuation with these saws is from running a small Craftsman that Carbine let me run awhile back. I believe the little one I have is the same as the one I ran? But unsure. I just know for the 53 cc that saw was? It ran like a wild animal!

Any help on identifying the small Craftsman would be appreciated.

Remember also like I posted in the FS thread. The 3.0 is bare bore cylinder with chrome plated piston.

Car.. Gonna sell her car (or maybe mine and I keep her old?) and my truck privately. I found a nice 2002 F250 7.3L Powerstroke with 140,000 for $7500. I want a good beater that I ain't afraid to scratch, but still looks decent..

Got her a new 2014 Chevy Traverse. She starts her new job Monday and she needed an SUV. Could have got away with using her car, but now we can get rid of one of the Focus' and my truck.

Truck came back home today. New Intake manifold later and she runs good as new.. When the truck quit running, it was because it was out of gas... :( I can't believe I didn't look at the gauge.... And we were at a Gas station trying to start it :headbang::headbang::headbang: I don't even like to admit that? But the guy called me that day and told me the fuel pump was good and the truck still ran. Just needed fuel.. FML.

Hey buddy, I was there that day too.... :emb:

Changing brands eh? ;). We should have bought a Traverse/Acadia when we bought my wife's car in 2011. She likes her Terrain but the four banger ain't setting the world on fire mileage or power wise, and its gonna be tight with two dogs and two kids in there all the time. (The dogs and kid both go to Grammy's during the days if my wife is working)

Her Terrain got 22 MPG driving 70-75 mph to IN and back last fall. I could get 26 out of it but I had to drop it down to 65 MPH. I got over 18 MPG in my truck (5.3L V8) and I was rolling 80 at times on the way home. Same roads we used to get to IN too.

Yeah. Your the one I was talking to.

It was out of fuel... :( Could have put $20 in it and rolled on to Swags..

But it's back home and I will be moving on shortly.

Two of those vehicles in my family, a 2010 Traverse and a 2011? Enclave. Both owners are happy.

    She better enjoy it ;)

Will do bud. Overall my initial impression is its a great vehicle. We drove the Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Chevy Equinox, and Chevy Traverse.

We didn't necessarily need the 3rd row of the Explorer or Traverse, but it does not hurt.

The Traverse drove better, felt bigger, has twin sets of Captains chairs, (seats 7 total) and overall was cheaper. The Edge and Equinox we were looking at were only slightly cheaper than the Traverse.

The Champagne Silver, with the Chrome package, and big wheels give it a sexy look.

But the main thing is, my wife is happy. I will wait for my truck a little longer. Gonna start cleaning the truck and car up to be sold privately. Hopefully within a month I have them sold and a truck bought. This is another I am looking at. This one is only $7,000 with 7.3L Powerstroke.

That's a dang nice looking truck Dex! But those running boards have got to go.....

That's what I said when we bought her Terrain..... and we were trying to save fuel by going with the smaller vehicle and a 4 cyl. And I know better..... :headbang:(I knew full well there would be a 2nd kid and modestly bigger engines usually come with a very slight fuel penalty, if any, in the same vehicle.....)

For $7,000 I think I am gonna strike while the irons hot. That is a very nice truck for the money. It has 170,000 on it, but my truck has close to that and my body has a lot of rust. This truck is pretty solid and everything works. I like the blue color, but as you said, the boards have to go. I took the running boards off of my truck. It came with the factory grey boards that come on most FX4's.

Equinox was also on my to look at list.

I have to have 4x4 option for sure. The envoy has AWD 4H 4L options. I just like to make sure next one has 4H for sure. Others not really needed.
