Kamado Joe Flat Top Burgers

    Well I had the first run on my kamado Joe Griddle and it went great. I fried up some bacon then did smashed burgers with pepper jack cheese, sauteed jalapenos, and toasted buns. I also put my homemade habanero/jalapeno mustard on the buns. It tasted great!

    Nice looking grill! I just thought if I had one how I would not be outside with it tonight, they are predicting -6 to +2 tonight for lows.

    Wasn't to bad last night at 24 degrees outside. I have actually been using the Kamado Joe a lot this winter because I love the food that comes off of it.
