I bought a cottage gas Franklin back in 2011. I have since moved and taken stove with me. After having gas run to new install amd pipe through wall, I first could not get stove flame above idle. Then, I hired a tech to come trouble shoot problem. Tech told me to order a new gas controller and I did.

No instructions came with part to tell me what the 3 screw adjustments do. After taking it apart, now I can't get the flame to stay lit. I have been super frustrated trying to get manufacture to help me. They don't have any techs that know this product since there is no dealer network. I can say I got my monies worth since this was a demo and i paid $1,200 years ago, but I hate to scrap such a beautiful stove since know there is a solution.

I may turn to a dealer that sells hearthstone gas or lopi gas stoves now. I hate to spend the money, but at least I could find service for one of those. Any guidance or words of wisdom before I decide what to do next?
