Finished up tonight. 20' long x 55" wide, with 6' rear and 7.5 ft front. I should be able to get between 2.5 - 4 full cord in there depending on how high I want to stack and whether I stack 2 vs. 3 rows of 16-18" splits. Now I just have to move my dry wood under it.

I love the clear roof. Of course it won't stay that way long.

Nice looking wood shed Mike. I like the clear roof and the length of it. My only question is updraft, is the shed anchored at all?

was thinking the same thing, appears to be just sitting on top those cinder blocks. some type of pier block would work better.

I'm sure once the shed is filled the wind would have trouble catching the roof, but empty may have cause for concern.

Perfect. That's what i was looking for but couldn't find at the local big box.
As for the clear roof, I had some 12' long sheets lying around, so I cut them in half to 6'. They are shorter than I would like, but I'll give them a try this winter. I can always replace them with 8'ers later if I don't like them.

Nice shed! You can even add tarps to enclose it before the snow flies, like some have done here.

Nice wood shelter Mike, I don't think the cinder blocks will last a long time, they usually end up cracking.

Yeah. I'm still trying to figure out a permanent solution. Perhaps the pier block as above? Any other ideas are welcome.

Mike, looks like the ground is pretty rocky/boulder-y. I just sunk my posts in the ground.....no quickcrete. They're down just under 3', but we're mostly sand.
    Is that possible for you?

I'm also thinking that you should at least put the posts over the webbing instead of over the voids on the blocks.
    Otherwise, really nice looking shed.
I'm still planning a couple more changes to mine. The overhangs are way too short....especially the back.

My overhang in the back is too short too. I fixed it by hanging some tarps down.

No chance. It's more boulder than dirt.

Actually, the front and back overhangs are both the same and both too short. I'll probably hang tarps in the back and maybe a couple feet at the top of the front for this winter, until I have the time and $ to rebuild it. As for the cinderblocks, yeah I'll straighten them up for now, again until I get a more permanent base figured out. Thanks for all of the input, everyone.
