Wood ID please?

    These have no leaves for ID. The annular rings are 1/8 - 3/16” if that’s any help. Fingernail test into end-grain seems as solid as silver maple. Haven’t had a chance to cut/split yet for grain view. Interesting that where the bark was torn off, the outer wood surface is wavy.
