That link doesn't work, but I see what you are talking about...those were pretty popular around here a few years ago (there are a lot of different brands of them) and they seem to have kinda disappeared...the little bit that I have heard about them wasn't flattering...and you see one on CL or FBM fairly cheap now and again...based on all that I don't think its something I would recommend to anyone.
I think I would back the truck up even further. To calling his insurance agent, telling exactly what he wants to do and exactly with what, and asking if it's insurable.
I looked at those for a minute before I put my boiler in. Wasn't convinced that they had proven themselves. No real thermal mass that I could see, plus the duct work looks stupid. Gotta be located fairly close to the building as well.
