Of course it would be a DeLorean. Just don't get hit in the face with the doors.

I followed one guy across the states who was riding one exactly like that bottom one. I also have one like that and they are a great riding bike but they still need a good engine to go fast.

I would entertain the idea of a reliable and proven electric truck

They had to find a use for all the spare "Flux-Capacitors " they had laying around.

No. No I don't think there will ever be a cool EV car. Things are going backwards IMO. I saw my first ford maverick the other day. It was ready for the crusher right out of the factory. I believe one would be better off with an old subaru brat.

The Subaru Brat , the car that came with two jump seats in the bed from the factory with hand grips on the sides to hold on to.
    Safety First!
I doubt that that would fly today.

I doubt it would fly either. They were great to shoot jack rabbits and gophers out of. Four wheel drive is a must here. They were a great option then and now. I see quite a few of them around here still. Most young folks just get old bench seats and bolt them in the back now. Still legal to have passengers in the bed I believe. Never seen anyone getting pulled over for it anyway.

The maverick is already a huge success. It may not be your cup of tea, but a lot of people are buying them. When you compare the cost to other vehicles, it's a bargain. Plus it can do the work that many need to bring home stuff from home Depot.

Darn tootin is isn't my cup of tea. Anything with a bed can bring something home from Home Depot. I didn't think the Maverick would have a touchy fan base. You have one I'm guessing. :salute:

Getting in and out of that and driving in a reclined position doesn't look great for any height.
