    Hello
Flames from this protector hit the ceiling! Luckily, quick action with a fire extinguisher put them out!
The Travis Control Panel was junk! A new fuse in the blown Travis Control Panel made a big Spark when it blew!! A new control Panel was the only fix!! The old 7500 watt Porta Cable generator was set way too high when turned on after a power outage!!!! BTW - The spike From the generator was greater than 1410 joules so even the Tripp Lite surge could not save this Travis control panel so the 1410 Joules Tripp Lite failed safely with the right LED Lite going red!!! Those are the facts!
    See pic!!!

    Nothing would have saved that.

No pictures, did not happen, same as a stove install,or anything else.A home fire extinguisher will not put out an electrical fire.Maybe time to quit promoting yourself?

Once the shorted circuit is dead a fire extinguisher will douse the flames from the componenets that are burning...

I don't think Don is self-promoting as much as he is sharing info for us to see. He does a lot more stove work in a week than most of us see in 5 years.
