I think I am going to do bb ribs on the wsm. I hope to feed some neighbors so I can convince them to make sides haha. This is, of course, after celebrating our freedom with some 2nd amendment fun!

Who's cooking what for the holiday?

Working the 4th but we have pork ribs for the grill, tri-color pasta salad with fresh cukes, tomatoes and onion from my garden with Italian dressing. And of course some bacon wrapped stuffed Jalapenos.
That is for me and my sidekick at work;) GF says she won't cook that day:rofl:

When my shift is over I will exercise my 2nd amendment and burn some meat for 7days

First "fatty" under my belt today. Burger with diced red onion, red pepper, garlic, hellopeeno pepper, mushrooms, blue cheese, some spices and some sliced ham. And of course the bacon wrap. It was good but not really that flavorfull, at least not what I expected. I'll have to keep 'spearminting, so many options. Pork Butt tomorow for pulled pork!

4 racks of bb ribs are cruising at 225 on the weber smoky mountain, and the beans are made. Beer is cold too. Corn on the cob will cook on the gasser as the ribs finish up.
    Dinner around 7pm.
