Ok so long story but there is a local family has had an absolutely heartbreaking rough time and are in need. There is a few different benefits to help the family but I want to help in others ways. So I will be buying a new saw to auction off here and will be giving all the money to the family. Will likely be a Stihl since I have a great Stihl dealer locally but could be Husky too. Soooooooo what is a saw that is on your wish list. GO.......

Being a realist, for a saw I would use a lot, I'd want Brian's 441 C-M (with a touch of Mastermind) that I ran at Spikes GTG. I'd use that one a lot working with by friend.

Any thing with a sharp chain. Just make sure it's a stihl.

Would love to buy a 661 for the auction but my pockets a little shallow for that. I'm thinking somewhere mid range for a saw. Maybe 261 or 291

MS241, being a fairly new model and less money than a MS261.

Mind you folks this is an auction.

So the dollar amount has to go over the actual cost of the saw to make any money for the family.

The MS 251 and MS 291 are good saws. The 250 and 290 were probably Stihls #1 and #2 selling saws.

    I couldn't justify buying one. I don't cut enough cookies a year.
