Kinda curious as to what size birds are out there being cooked today!

Ours weighs in at just over 14.5 lbs. for the two of us and one guest.

As a child, I remember the birds being well over 20 lbs at our house.

So, How heavy is the bird you'll be enjoying today???

I hear that my buddy's mom, where we are going today for Thanksgiving, cooks 26# birds.

    There's 10 people. I think we'll be ok.;)

13 pounder for 8 adults and 4 kids but the dressing and rolls is everyone's favorite here! We usually also do a half ham.

Mom used to do 21 or so till i married.
Then we did 3 turkeys, 21, 15 and a 15 for 30. 2 years in a row. Had to rent a 20 by 20 tent to fit us all in.

We now make three different kinds! Look up Romanian aka semolina gnocchi for something that will blow your taste buds away.
