    As others have said... cherry. I just burned the last of mine. I replaced it with apple. I like having fruit trees in the stacks to have s pleasant odor when I'm working outside

    Cherry has one of the more distinctive barks out there. But another way to tell is by the leaves. Turn the leaf over to the back side. Along the bottom part of the stem where it attaches to the leaf there will be tiny particles that look like cinnamon. My science teacher taught me that one many years ago and I never forgot it.
