Well since I dont like to sit and bake on a beach I decided to do some spearfishing in the bahamas. They only allow non triggered spears and you have to free dive as well. For my first time it wasnt so bad. Got several lobsters, conchs, lionfish and a nice hogfish. Here is a couple pics.
Did you cook it up the same day? A year ago I caught a flounder and cooked it that afternoon for dinner, nothing better!!
oh yea ate everything fresh that day, except the conch. Conch is tough so had to tenderize it and soften it in salt water and what not.
