Ok so I am going to need some sleuths here to help. I am pretty good at finding generic replacement electric motors on things from just the tags . I doubt that the Chinese designed and engineered a new special application motor for this stove. My guess is they borrowed an already available stove motor or used an off the shelf motor coupled to the squirrel cage to power it. It's a dual motor setup. The stove is a vogelzang Highlander T003 stove. I found a pdf online and several parts sits listing I think it was an f27 blower motor setup for the stove. One it must be for a newer version of the identical looking stove but redesigned housing cause it has one long central air slot, where mine has 2 outer slots. And two it's $300 which is not going to happen. This is my stove at my farm property for one not my house and that's too much the whole stove was only $500 (new)!!!

The tags on the motor reads

    File# E221176
    Project 04CA25823

    F-6-1
    AC: 120v/60hz
A:0.57 I understand all this stuff
    W:38
    RPM:3000

    2009..5.26

Some of you engineers and sleuths may be able to help... Horkn aren't you in ordering and something? Eric VW your good at all kinds of stuff:p.

I need to disassemble it farther and mic the shaft after I pull from the cage to get the size and length. I can convert HP from the motor amps and go from there. There is several types I found on electric motor warehouse for inserts and stuff with a single motor twin shaft. If they measure out I could go that route. But these look like simple motors and can't cost that much

Will azz a pic here in a bit.

Here is a shot of the tag. It's two individual motors.
    IMG_20210815_181750443.jpg
Second is a shot of the whole setup. IMG_20210815_181744464.jpg

Here is a shot of the top of the whole thing from outside where it bolts on the back of the stove. Rheostat and the same tag on the outside..and you can see slot size and placement. There 4.5" long and 1" wide. And a 6 5/8" gap between them. IMG_20210815_181919748.jpg

Pulled the motor off. Here is a shot of shaft length and diameter. Not got the mic yet but this is close enough for searching unless someone knows a database or has a book that goes by exact diameter. Looks like the shaft is 3/8" to me. But I think that's an optical illusion because it sure doesn't look that fat in real life. I need to get the calipers out.

That pic wasn't to show the label but shaft diameter.

    Strong 3/16” so either 13/64” or 7/32”.
    Throw the calipers to it.

It's around .235-.240 it's a plastic press fit and it can expand, so whatever The standard size around that is what it is I'm sure.

One is shot...it takes forever to start. And I could tell was taking a ton of power as it dimmed the lights in my shed when I hooked it up by itself. The other spins uup but it takes awhile to get to full speed and seems slow still. There both getting replaced while I'm in there as it's a pain to get too.

They eventually will both spin and run but swuals awful and takes like 15 mins for them to get to speed. I keep the rheostat wide open and due to location just plug in to turn it on and unplug to turn off.

That's what I was wondering...they just need taken apart and cleaned, specifically the "bearing" areas...then a very light coat of turbine oil (3 in 1 motor oil) on those bearing areas only...more is not better, it just helps pick up more dust next time. I do this with all of our small fan motors every once in a while when they get slow/make noise/quit...all better afterwards...and yes, those are a pain to get to...exactly why I sold my VZ stove with rear blower for the Drolet 1400i insert stove with front blower...MUCH easier to service!

This stove sits inside a fireplace. I bought this one not just only for the price but it's dimensions allowed it to just fit inside the fireplace and gave me the largest firebox. If I could get around back of this stove without pulling it out of the fireplace it would be way easier.

I understand completely...I had the same situation...that why I swapped mine out for an insert stove as mentioned above...that allowed a larger stove in the same spot, and easy blower access. I actually came out ahead in the end since I found a good deal on the insert stove, and the VZ was worth more since it was only 2 seasons old.
Even if you put new motors in, you are still stuck pulling it out to service or replace occasionally.

I'll see what I can find. Yeah, I'm in Purchasing/ Sourcing. Vogelzang is a big enough brand, so it shouldn't be too bad.
