    I also missed this thread! The third reel; what really impressed me was the pulling power of that old steam donkey. The mainline appeared to be 1 1/2" diameter or bigger and the chokers 1 1/4". No fat loggers in these pictures.

    Thoses were real men....im not even in the same league......the amount of physical labor that was done is absolutely incredible...
