My wife got me a rotisserie attachment for my head grill as a Christmas gift. I used it today and made a chicken for dinner. We brined in in brown sugar, salt, rt rosemary, and lemon for about 4 hours. Before it was put on the grill we put olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Here it is on the grill after it was cooked for an hour and a half. Here's it right after it was taken off the spit. Crispy skin, perfectly cooked too. So easy and so good. Not oily like the rotisserie chicken you buy at the store. Pretty good for a first try. We'll be making plenty more.
