Used Stihl 090 value?

Any idea what these bring? Running or parts saws?

 

A lot would be all I know! A quick check of eBay probably would turn up a few.

You can buy the clone 090 now and some of the older model numbers if you just want a huge saw.

 

They seem to bring anywhere from 1000-2200$ depending on shape and if it’s solid mount or av

 

Or gear vs direct drive.

 

Some people like them for milling. They can bring in a chunk of money like Lehman mentioned.

Two. Guy selling an 034 on FBM. I spotted the Stihl behind it and recognized it as an 090. I inquired and he said make an offer. He has two. They are the older perpendicular top handlebar models without the AV. Not really interested in those unless CHEAP. Id prefer a later AV model if i did get one.

No, every now and then I get the urge but the price for a nice one is a bit much for a occasional toy.
