    I like em dipped in egg and rolled in flour with greek seasoning, then dipped again and rolled again and fried up. a heart attack waiting to happen, but a tasty one.lol

    Too hot, I skinned and quartered em and took em to the processing guy. the bees and flies were swarming as I was gutting them.

    Ours is small too compared to other states, where we hunt is all leased pines and a few hardwoods so they don't get huge.
