Yeppers, I'd be butterflying one up, putting some Montreal steak seasoning on it and throwing it in a hot cast iron skillet with lots of butter.... Dammit man, now I'm hungry!! Good job brother!
I like em dipped in egg and rolled in flour with greek seasoning, then dipped again and rolled again and fried up. a heart attack waiting to happen, but a tasty one.lol
Too hot, I skinned and quartered em and took em to the processing guy. the bees and flies were swarming as I was gutting them.

Do ya'll have a lot of deer? they are thick here. I seen 10 dead on the road coming home last weekend.
Ours is small too compared to other states, where we hunt is all leased pines and a few hardwoods so they don't get huge.
