    Purchased based on advice seen here, my two new splitting wedges arrived from Amazon, ready to supplement my cheapie wedge. Ready to noodle, wedge, sledge and dominate the big pine rounds that my X27 bounced off!!

    Nice! I like to occasionally go back to hand spitting just to get the work out from it. Especially if it's Ash. Hey, I'll save some Elm for you to try those out on!
