    I got a flyer in the post yesterday and TSC has the countryline horizontal-vertical 25 ton splitter on offer for $949.99; supposedly $50 discount with free assembly and hydraulic fluid.

    Also, pretty good price with the included hydrolic oil. We had to buy ours seperate.

    Do you have enough wood to justify a splitter yet?

    If you're going to spend 1K, get yourself a new saw and you'll have enough left over for a partial load of logs. That way, you will be able to get ahead of the game a little better than what you have been so far.......
