The black Friday TSC advert is out. The 25 ton splitter will be on offer for $700.00 if anyone is interested.

I figured they would do that. I have that splitter, am considering getting another as I wish I had a splitter at my woodlot, which is five miles from my home. A solution is just own two! This model works well. Another reason I am considering it is I look at prices of used splitters and they do not seem reasonable to me, too high... heck, might as well just buy a new one on sale like this!

Likely regional specific prices , for in-store only items, like last time.
$200 off would be $899 here.

Yes, the adverts are probably regional; that is what they are offering down here. I have noticed different TSC having different prices even locally.

I had an older Speedco 21 ton splitter that I bought new in the mid 90’s . I cannot even guess how many cords of wood that think split . Believe I paid $899 and sold it this year for $500 within a few hours .
I do think I stole my Timberwolf T-5 tho, guy just wanted to stop “ tripping over the dang thing “ and 3 states later it has a nice new home .

I just looked quick, and saw two adds for it at $800. Still a pretty good deal.

If anyone can shoot a pic where the location can be identified, or can post what city the $699 price is available, that would be appreciated! I have, indeed, obtained a price match before on an item and, who knows, they might do it again.

It looks like it is a valid price in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, my nearest TSC.

    Thinking on it ....

This is southside Virgina and northside North Carolina. Building a new TSC not far from Sister 1.

Maybe I could post someone the flyer they sent me; I am a member of the neighbours club and they sent out the black Friday advert flyer early to members. Then you could walk in with flyer in hand and say, why, right here it is in the flyer. What do you think?

Could not find a zip code for Southside, VA nor Northside NC. In fact, I have not found a $699 price for any city mentioned in this thread thus far! Either I could not find a TS in the posted city, or I found the city, but the sale price was more than $699. The person who posted above that shows $899, get $200 off... it appears to me that your regular price must be $1099 and the $899, that IS the sale price. If anyone has a $699 price and knows the city where the TS is located (or better yet, the zip code), please post.

Rails are sturdier, the folding foot is much better designed. It's spring loaded and doesn't require the easy to loose retaining pins. The cycle time is quicker. Still has the Kohler motor and that's a good thing in my book. Mine is easy to start in the coldest weather and runs great, as long as you remember to turn the fuel on!
