    My buddy filmed this on i99. From Bedford to East Freedom. 20 miles!!
    And yes, the trailer was on it's side the whole time. The driver was so drunk, he had no clue what was going on. Freedom twp police had to run him off the road to stop him. IIRC. The trailer caught fire it was so hot. (This was several years ago)
