Throw line Tangled, arg 45 minutes!

    Took 45 minutes to untangle.
    I wanted to get it out and get it in a larger coil. Well I got it into a larger coil but then dropped it probably screwed it all up again.:headbang: I couldn't find a bucket to put it in.
    It came bundled up like this. Tips on keeping it untangled?

    The collapsible cube things are nice it's a soft side bucket you can cool it into then folds flat for storage. I've got mine wrapped on a small piece of plywood at the moment

    Dave's method works wonderful even if can be a pain to do sometimes and I use it quite a bit.

    Something else that works is those colapsable buckets. That's what we have ours in right now. As for the throw line, I simply use an old spray can, like one you'd have WD-40 or starting fluid or the like. Wrap the throw line around that and then just lay it on top of the bull rope.

    Enlist the help of a squirrel to run it up the tree for you. They'll work for peanuts.:thumbs:
