Seen a similar video before. Like you said, not necessarily practical, but it's pretty cool! What is that extra piece on the rear handle of the saw? Never seen that before.
I was thinking the same thing as Walt ....... some type of secondary chain brake? Searched around the net a bit but could not find anything.
