This weekends forecast

After this weeks crazy storm that blasted across Iowa. A good buddy has a bunch of storm damage that I get to help clean up at his cabin. He told me he has 100 trees down across his 1/4 mile lane. Sad to see all the damage but I can’t see it going to waste!!

 

Sad to see that much damage. Do you have a time table, or at your leisure? Be nice to wait until it's a little cooler. What part of Iowa?

 

Mainly trying to open up the lane to the cabin. Most of the cleanup will be later on/cooler weather.

 

WOW, that's a lot of damage. Do you have any access to any equipment or machines to help?

 

That will keep you busy (and warm) for a long time!

 

he has an l3901 and I have a b2650 Kubota probably could use an excavator tho lol

 

Yeah an excavator with a thumb would be useful in that mess

 

Man that is going to forever. If he has insurance that will cover cleanup costs then tell him to keep track of hours. My sons insurance agent told him to keep track of his hours. He lost 140 trees on his property.
